Product Features:
1. Automatic thrust balance
The automatic thrust balance provided by the hydrodynamic action of the fixed throttle ring and the variable throttle ring keeps the shaft in the middle of the thrust bearing, thus eliminating the wear of the thrust bearing during normal operation. The abnormal wear between the thrust washer and the thrust surface of the graphite bearing only occurs in the accidental situation of poor starting and inlet suction.
2. Bearing monitor
Mechanical bearing monitor:
The mechanical bearing monitor is composed of a detection probe and a pressure indicator. The probe of the detection part is installed in the end nut of the shaft end and fixed on the rear bearing seat at the same time. The detection probe is sealed with pressurized argon gas. When the bearing wears radially or axially, the shaft will vibrate. Cause the rotor to exceed the normal range, cause the detection part and the end nut to contact and wear, causing the pressure in the monitor to drop (or rise) and the pressure indicator indicates abnormality. In addition, since the detection part of the mechanical bearing monitor uses the same material as the pump, it can also monitor the corrosion of the material in the pump. Because fluorine oil is injected between the meter body and the probe, the entire structure guarantees the pressure resistance requirements. 3. Dry running protection device
The air transport protection device is to avoid dry operation and cavitation operation. When the system is evacuated, cut off or cavitation occurs, this device will send out a signal to drive and protect the pump device.
4. Steering detector
It is usually difficult to detect the direction of rotation of the canned motor pump. The steering detector of Nikkiso is a measuring instrument that can detect the magnetic field of the canned motor pump from the outside, and use the LED indicator to indicate the direction of the motor's forward and reverse rotation.
